As shown on the following chart, independent laboratory testing revealed that VEMMA contained 62 mg of beta mangostin (a major xanthone) per ounce, whereas rival XanGo contained only 6mg. Another competitor, Mangoxan, came in last at 0.42 mg. There were similar results for the other xanthones.
